* Billed separately: electricity (6 Baht/Kw), and water (40 Baht/cubic metre).

* Housekeeping twice a week. This service, free of charge, includes change of linen and towels.

* All fees are payable (in Baht or your country's currency) upon arrival, plus a security deposit of 5000 Baht for a Studio and 10000 Baht for a Suite, based on 1 month occupancy, or 2000 Baht per week for a Studio and 4000 Baht per week for a Suite. This deposit is refunded when you leave, minus the costs incurred for water and electricity use.
