Rental and guarantee

The amount of the rent plus the security deposit is payable (in Baht or in currency) upon arrival (less the deposit paid).
Amounts of deposits:
Studios 31 or 37 m² = 2,000 Baht per week or 5,000 Baht per month
48 m² Studios and Suites 48, 62, 74 or 80 m² = 4,000 Baht per week or 10,000 Baht per month
Suite 92 or 140 m² = 7000 Baht per week or 15,000 Baht per month.
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit amounting to 30% of your rental you may be requested.

Electricity, water, cleaning.

Electricity and water are charged at month end or deducted from the security deposit, if this is the end of stay.
Electricity is charged at 6 Baht per kw,
Water at 75 Baht per m³.
Obligatory cleaning is done 2 times a week. This service includes change of bed linen and towels. It is billed at month end or deducted from the deposit if this is the end of stay (370 Baht for all studios, 500 Baht for Suites 62 -74 Sq.m, 520 Baht for suites of 92 Sq.m and 900 Baht for double suites of 140 Sq.m)

Transport

On request we can send you a taxi to take you directly to your apartment.
Cost: type of limousine Altis Corola or equivalent: 1,900 Baht all inclusive (taxes and highway).
From 3 persons we recommend the minibus for 2,500 Baht all inclusive.

Internet connections (Wi Fi or 4G) are available in our apartments on request (specify on booking).
